Step 1
Review and gather the required documents
For Panamanians or permanent residents:

National ID.

Birth Certificate.

Certificate of singleness (issued by the TE).
For foreigners:

Valid passport.

Notarized sworn statement of birth and singleness (includes marital status: single, divorced or widowed) – provided by our team.

Certificate of singleness.
Step 2
Validation and preparation
For all applicants (Panamanians and foreigners)

Clinical lab tests (we recommend Rali).

Health certificate (we provide it).

Two witness IDs (we can provide them if needed).

Validation of all submitted documents.

Pre-signing of the marriage application and ceremony certificate (provided by our team).
Step 3
Marriage ceremony
(Wedding day)

Signing of the marriage certificate by the couple and witnesses.

Issuance of the official marriage certificate.
The ceremony is officiated by a licensed captain.
Step 4
Registration and legalization
For all applicants (Panamanians and foreigners)

Registration in Panama’s Civil Registry.

Apostille of the certificate (only if you want international validation).
The apostille process is optional and depends on your country.
